I have been very fortunate to meet Lori and experience the benefits of her expertise. Lori is a very positive person with a "can do" attitude and is fun to be around. She works with her clients to help meet their goals and offers rationales for the types of exercises performed and nutritional recommendations offered. Lori genuinely cares about others and this shows in her approach and her outlook on life. I have learned so much from Lori and have gained more strength and endurance while forming new muscle and losing fat. I enjoy the sessions and the results. Lastly, through the education provided on nutrition that I requested, I have been able to make changes to my diet which contributes to an overall feeling of well being.

“In the Summer of 2010 I saw a picture of myself at the lake that opened
my eyes. At 230lbs., I really didn't like the way I was looking, feeling, or
the lack of energy that I had. Because of this, my drive at the gym
had increased. Feeling very motivated, I jumped in and had only May 9, 2011 - S. Clark I LOVE working with Lori! She is such a motivational person and is willing to work with me on all levels. When I first met her, I was feeling like my exercise routine wasn't meeting my needs and I was heavier than I had ever been. I wasn't feeling the best I could feel and having been a very active person before I changed careers, I wanted to get back to that active lifestyle. For our consultation, we met at my home and took measurements for my weight, fat and then for body proportions. We went over my goals and then Lori went to work on setting up a way for me to meet those goals using the equipment I already had at my home. We met each week for 5 weeks and each of those weeks she had a new workout for me so that I had a variety of exercises to choose from. Another super important part of our work together was developing a food plan and educating me about nutrition. Wanting to eat a vegetarian diet and eventually transitioning to a vegan diet, Lori provided me with tons of resources to learn about making shopping lists, meal planning, and recipes. I also so appreciate that Lori is available to answer questions and help out if I need fine tuning.
