The unique personal training, in both fitness and nutrition, will soon have you improving your shape and performance.  You will be given training and instruction by a Certified Master Trainer and Nutritional Consultant.

All packages include:                       

  1. free initial 30-minute consultation
  2. fitness and nutrition screening and assessment
  3. daily physical activity program (weight resistance and cardio)
  4. diet and menu recommendations (daily calorie requirements )

After your free, 30-minute consultation, you will receive a training program consisting of goal specific workouts that will be created based on your fitness level, desired weight results, and schedule.  For each client we will work together to create a personalized fitness program. 

Rates are as follows: (All sessions are 60-minutes long - Paypal, Check, or Cash.)

Single Session – $55

10 Sessions - $490 ($49 per session)
15 Sessions - $705 ($47 per session)
25 Sessions - $1,125 ($45 per session)

*( Sessions purchased in a package can be used anytine, but will expire 1-year following the date of purchase. )

Monthly Membership Option:

6-months -  $1,040  ($40 per session, train 1x per week)
1-year  -        $1,820  ($35 per session, train 1x per week)

Small Group Fitness Training:

10 Sessions - $600   ($60 per session, only $10-per person for a group of 6)
*(small group sessions include fitness training only.)

* An additional fee (per session) is charged for in-home training for those living outside of the Sudden Valley area. Contact for specific pricing.

Grocery Store Trip - a comprehensive grocery store tour to help you better navigate the aisles. On the tour I will show you what to look for, what to avoid, how to read nutrition labels, and my favorite products. You will also receive a helpful meal/menu planning list and tips for when you are on your own in the store. Make your next trip to the grocery store easy and stress-free!

Fitness Evaluations
Include the following:

  • Your current weight and body fat %
  • Your current lean muscle mass
  • Your unique maximum heart rate and exercise training heart rate
  • Blood pressure
  • Flexibility and balance
  • Upper & lower body strength
  • Cardiovascular health

Nutrition Evaluations and Consultations
Include an action plan and evaluation of the following:

  • Your current nutritional requirements
  • Your current lifestyle and habits
  • Specialized meal and diet recommendations to address your particular needs
  • Foods to avoid, suggested substitutions, and recipes
  • Specialty diet guidelines and shopping suggestions
  • Nutritional and herbal supplementation
  • Nutrition and fitness education for long term planning

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24- hours or more in advance of a pre-scheduled
appointment to avoid being billed for the session.
